The biochemistry program at Â鶹´«Ã½»Ó³ was a window for me to see the different possibilities within this field. This program has allowed me to pursue my master’s in food science so that I can become a flavor chemist. My professor, Dr. Totten helped cultivate my interest and guide me towards other possible applications in the food industry.
After Â鶹´«Ã½»Ó³, Tyler enrolled in the master’s program for food science at the North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.Â
